Apa itu Internal suku bunga of keuntungan?
Internal suku bunga of keuntungan (IRR) is the diskon suku bunga that makes the net present nilai (NPV) of all cash flows from a project equal to zero. It represents the expected annualized suku bunga of keuntungan for an investasi. IRR is widely used in capital budgeting to compare the profitability of different investments. The Modified IRR (MIRR) addresses some limitations of traditional IRR by assuming reinvestment at a different suku bunga.
