Mumbai mein 2BHK rent ₹25,000. Same area ka flat ₹80 lakh. Har rozz a bol raha hai: "rent pe paise waste." Maine calculation kiya: 20 saal rent +invest karne ₹80 lakh flat se zyada profitable hai. Lekin sirf ek condition pe: main consistent investor banoon. Main hoon Suresh, 34, Mumbai mein marketing manager.
